Terms of Service

These terms set out the basis on which The Pink Dietitian, Georgina Hinton (HCPC registration number DT036208) provides dietetic and personal training services. By booking a consultation or service, you agree to these terms.

Services

I provide nutrition consulting, personal training and combined coaching, delivered in person or online. The specific service, format and duration will be agreed with you before it begins.

Bookings and payment

• Fees are as quoted at the time of booking and are payable in advance unless otherwise agreed.
• Ongoing plans are billed monthly and continue until cancelled.
• Prices may change with reasonable notice; changes will not affect a package already paid for.

Cancellations and rescheduling

• Please give at least 24 hours' notice to reschedule or cancel a session.
• Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice may be charged in full.
• Monthly plans can be cancelled with reasonable notice before the next billing date.

Your responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information about your health and to follow any guidance at your own pace and within your own limits. You should consult your GP before starting a new exercise or nutrition programme if you have a medical condition.

Liability

I take great care in delivering my services, but I cannot guarantee specific results. To the extent permitted by law, I am not liable for any loss or injury arising from following advice against medical guidance or from misuse of any programme.

Intellectual property

All content on this website and within my services, including text, images, training programmes, nutrition plans, resources and branding, is owned by The Pink Dietitian, Georgina Hinton, or used under licence, and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights. Any materials I provide as part of a service are for your personal use only and may not be copied, shared, resold or distributed without my written permission.
